VERSE:

THOUGHT:
What is the focal point in this verse? What is the focal point in every verse of the bible? What is the purpose of life? What were we made for? The answer to all of these questions is this: To glorify Jesus! It’s all for Him. His will, His pleasure, His glory, forever and ever.

APPLICATION:
When asking God for something good, make sure that you are asking for it according to His purpose; that you would spend what you get on bringing Jesus the most glory; for this is the reason He equips us with every good thing.

PRAYER:
Heavenly Father I thank you for equipping me with everything good for doing your will. I ask that you work in me whatever is pleasing to you, through Jesus Christ, that I may bring Him glory forever and ever. AMEN!
