Who is Sean?

Sean Tambagahan is a pastor, church planter, entrepreneur, and creative director working at the intersection of faith, creativity, and leadership. He helps leaders and organizations build with clarity and conviction—shaping vision, forming culture, and communicating what matters.

After serving 15 years at The Word Community Church, Sean planted Ekklesia, where he continues to preach, develop leaders, and build a church grounded in biblical conviction and intentional formation.

In the marketplace, Sean founded Butler Branding, leading the agency for over a decade before its acquisition by Archer & Hound Advertising, where he now serves as Creative Director. His work spans strategic planning, brand development, storytelling, and organizational alignment across churches, nonprofits, and businesses.

Sean serves on the boards of Fresno Mission and Mid India Christian Mission, supporting local outreach and global gospel initiatives in the 10/40 window.

He and his wife Candace are raising their three sons with a deep commitment to faith, leadership, and integrity. Family is central to Sean’s life and calling, and much of what he builds publicly is shaped by what he values privately.

Shaping Vision. Forming Culture. Communicating What Matters.
