Kuppa Joy grew from a single coffee shop into a beloved multi-location brand with a national roastery and online store.
As Creative Director and Lead Strategist, I led the brand refresh and expansion strategy during a key growth phase. I hand-drew the throne logo and helped build the brand system carried across locations, packaging, digital platforms, and the launch of Kuppa Joy Coffee Roasters.
The focus was alignment—ensuring the identity, messaging, and customer experience worked together to support scale without losing the joy that made the brand beloved.
